IBERIS MULTI-ELECTRODE RENAL ARTERY RADIOFREQUENCY ABLATION CATHETER SYSTEM
The multi-electrode radiofrequency ablation catheter system for renal arteries produced by Shanghai AngioCare transfers radiofrequency energy to the renal artery wall and performs thermal ablation on the sympathetic nerve located around the renal artery to reduce the sympathetic nerve activity and nerve signal, thus lowering the blood pressure. The tip of the ablation catheter is made of ni-ti shape memory alloy, which can automatically restore to the spiral shape and automatically fit the blood vessel according to the size of the blood vessel allowing each electrode to contact the vascular wall, ensuring higher efficiency and better ablation effect. The system offers both impedance and real time temperature monitoring functions, ensuring patient safety while evaluating the ablation effect.
